I wanted to post some other stuff but this came in the way.Somehow the name of the band popped into my head some days ago.I must have read it somewhere so i searched a little bit and found this little fucker here.Awesome 6 song 7" in my opinion.
Soul Swallower remind me of a less downtuned Mind Eraser or an uglier/dirtier version of Ceremony or Thrash Talk.4 fast and 2 midpaced hard as nails stop and go attacks from this Boston based band.
These songs were recorded in one day and leave no prisoners.You either get hyperspeed blasts or midtempo heavy rockers with occasional dissonant leads (like post my war stuff from the flag) thrown in which also add to the brutal aspect of the music.
The singer screams about being fucked by life,how humanity is raped of its innocence because of the shit peope do to each other and being disgusted by liars and cheaters.
This single was released on Collapse Records in 2005.
